Orders and Shipping
This depends on the product ordered. When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email containing the shipping time frames to your country. Use the table below as a reference for estimated shipping times, please keep in mind that processing can take 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for delays incurred by the shipping carrier.
Shipping is Free on all orders
We provide a tracking number via email so you can track your order easily and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.

We have a large assortment of products stocked with various partners internationally. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way! Again, please always contact us if you have any questions at all about your order!

OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY
All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at [email protected] we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing [email protected] with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
